If your plan is not listed, you may still choose to work with me as an out-of-network provider. In that case, you’ll pay at the time of service and can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

To prevent disruptions in care or billing issues:
  • Keep your insurance information up to date in the portal
  • Ensure your card on file is current and has available funds
  • Review any billing communications in your portal regularly

A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file in the patient portal for all clients, regardless of insurance status.

A limited number of reduced-fee slots may be available for those experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire during your consultation if cost is a barrier to care.

Appointment Attendance:

Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent others from being seen.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may incur a $100 late cancellation fee
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late takes valuable time from your appointment and may be considered a no-show
  • Clients with 3 no-shows within a 12-month period may be discharged from the practice
Please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule— we’ll do our best to find another time that works for you.

Consistent appointment attendance is an important part of making progress in your care. Missing or frequently rescheduling appointments can slow down that progress, so I encourage you to prioritize your sessions as an act of self-care and commitment to your well-being.
